The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has said criminals operating in the Orsuihitukwa, Orsu Local Government Area of Imo State, are funded and recruited by Finland-based self-styled Biafra agitator, Simon Ekpa.
IPOB explained that the criminals are not members of its Eastern Security Network, ESN, but infiltrators recruited and funded by Ekpa.
